As a researcher, my job was to assist the developement of a new semiconductor based microelectronic device. During this internship, I had the occasion to familiarize myself with semiconductor simulation approach and tools. Also, I was able to assist the fabrication process of new Gallium Nitride based frequency multipier device. Co-wrote an article and obtained an excellent evaluation.
