Working in the logistics and plans section supporting I-Corps in planning and executing major military exercises in the Pacific. Part of Pacific Pathways, working across the staff to enable successful logistics integration and movement from port to port of equipment and personnel. Directly supporting Cobra Gold 2024 in Thailand, February to March 2024, partnering with the Thai Army and the joint task force.

Responsible for the transportation and intermodal loading operations of equipment utilizing rail, over the road trucking, and ocean vessel. Successfully coordinated the unloading of two vessels and the loading of rail cars and OTR trucks for transportation across the country from Beaumont, TX in January 2023.

Responsible for developing both greenfield and acquisition projects to completion of company's goals/ objectives in renewable energy and large-scale energy storage applications.In charge of a portfolio of over 10 projects and over 1.9 GW of pipeline portfolio with sites in ERCOT, SPP, WECC, and PJM. Drive milestone completion in development of projects in support of site control, environmental surveys, EPC, interconnection, origination and finance. Support over 6 RFP submissions on tight deadlines, leading 3 RFP submissions in ERCOT and SPP for contract opportunities. Responsible for 3 distinct outbound process paths within a fulfillment center (warehouse), responsible for the packaging and processing of over 70k packages per shift, around 1MM packages per week out of a Denver facility to the local area. As process path owner, responsible for ensuring all shifts are aligned and following standard work procedures to reduce variation in processing. Successfully aligned all shifts, building a cohesive glide path to forward improvement in our department. Proactively pursued safety measures improving overall safety of the department and residing over the longest period in the warehouse of no recordable incidents in 2021. Developed a plan to improve department versus network standards in order to reduce overall costs and improve ability to hit target rates, while having one of the lowest employee attrition rates due to strong culture building and strategic communications across shifts.Worked across departments to develop a longer term training strategy to anticipate needs of future business requirements. This included developing a standard of training for critical roles, previously absent across the network, in order to develop and train the best associates. Researched and developed training plans consistent with this goal and aligned to push these new standard training materials across the network to improve company performance outside of just the single scope of one site.Served as volunteer Chapter Lead of the Veterans Affinity Group on site, leading a team of volunteering directors on a board to develop site inclusion efforts of Veteran community. Successfully held Coining ceremonies, Holiday Toy Drive in 2021, and a US Flag Retirement ceremony for the facility, organizing local Soldier volunteers to properly care for the flag and attracting the attendance of over 300 employees to the event.

Leads a group of of over 100 Soldiers, responsible for the overall administration, training, and operational execution and the safe handling of $20MM worth of equipment. Successfully serves customer units' needs with fuel, maintenance, feeding, water, and dry goods. Provided logistical support to a group of over Soldiers in a field environment, with the ability to refuel on the move, field feed over 800 meals a day, and provide maintenance and recovery for units in an austere environment. Developed officers and senior NCOs to act autonomously to develop training plans, SOPs, and ad hoc training in order to meet mission objectives to support the battalion exercises. Provided over 15K gallons of fuel across 100 square miles and sourced critical resources to support the medical, tactical, training, and feeding requirements of the entire battalion in a short time frame.Provided over 16k gallons of fuel to multiple locations, coordinated feeding to over 450 people for daily sustainment, maintenance support to around 100 major end items over 2 weeks, while also running training and development training for the unit. Provided daily updates and on-site coordination with tenant units to accomplish requests for support in extreme environments. Developed a team over time to operate with autonomy. Developed training plans and strategy two years out, following Army guidance, in order to secure critical resources and requirements, plan for training of personnel to accomplish the mission, and develop gated timelines for targets. Developed key leadership in the unit, extending reach outside of the organization to recruit strong talent, while continuing to develop internal talent to fill critical roles and responsibilities. Assisted with the training and support of a sister unit of 150 members in their objective to mobilize to accomplish a critical mission, providing personnel to feed, fuel, and resource items necessary to their well being on extremely short notice.

Logistics Captain in an OC/T unit responsible for providing training assistance and feedback to supported units, in order to improve their training and operational execution goals. Successfully served as Safety Manger for a large military exercise with 1000 Soldiers in an austere environment, resulting in no major accidents/injuries, and no spread of COVID to the exercise during the wildfires in CA, September 2020. Also successfully served as senior operations manager during a major training event in May 2019, coordinating observer/controllers to oversee training of six units and over 400 personnel in a field environment

Responsible for the overall management of bulk tanker terminal for the Henderson, Colorado Springs, and Delta CO locations, to include: routing and real-time tracking; employee management; hiring; DOT, PMO, OSHA, and CO Department of Public Health and Environment compliance; maintenance management and tracking; and, asset management. Worked in concert with member relations and member farms, marketing department, and maintenance teams in order to ensure operational efficiencies were met and orders are picked up and delivered.

Responsible at the Henderson location for the management of transportation, sampling, and delivery of raw milk from farms throughout the state of Colorado to production plants. Must maintain knowledge and continual awareness of a variety of regulations to include: DOT; Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment; Pasteurized Milk Ordinance; internal human resources; federal orders and mandates.

Shaped, coordinated, and served as mission leader of 85 personnel, 38 vehicle systems, in a multiorganization mission, successfully managing the transport of over 875 tons of HAZMAT from Concord,CA to Hawthorne, NV, two trips in one week, with over 100,000 total vehicles vehicle miles driven, and no accidents or negative incidents.Worked as key leader in the planning and analysis section responsible for the support of all futureoperations, including the logistics, requirements, scheduling, and coordination of effort. Authored subordinate unit reporting procedures for all logistical equipment within the battalion, accounting for all critical rolling stock equipment

Work as part of the operations section responsible for the future planning, tracking, and execution of training and real world exercises for a support unit of 50 personnel. Unit is tasked with providing support and oversight of logistics and transportation missions for state civilian disaster response; as such, unit regularly participates with emergency response departments to enhance inter-agency efforts. Unit is also responsible for oversight, review, and vetting of 13 subordinate units' training plans, as well as mission tracking of personnel and logistics across those units for over 1000 personnel.

Adapting to culture, social norms, and business practices as a foreign resident.Representing and sharing American culture and customs in the community and in the school system.Developing lesson plans daily for varied classes with disparate levels of ability. Collaborating with the individual schools and the school board to promote learning and cultural exchange within the community. Working with Japanese Teachers of English in team teaching and developing skills and motivation to learn about English culture and language.

Responsible for the preparation and execution of operational plans for the unit. Assists the commander in coordinating, supervising and controlling of missions and tasks. Tasked with providing service support in the way of food, lodging, medical, and basic necessities for those in the unit. Exercises operational command of the company of over 120 Soldiers, in the absence of the commander.

In charge of ~30-40 Soldiers in a Transportation Platoon with a focus on truck movement and convoy operations. Responsible for the successful management of resources, materiel and personnel. Responsible for planning of troop and unit movement as well as ensuring the platoon is mission capable.

Investigated insurance claims and determined appropriate resolution for responsibility of parties involved and for monetary recompense. Established solid organizational abilities to quickly manage multiple tasks in an office environment.Utilized company databases and resources to properly investigate insurance claims within the limits of policy language and applicable local laws.
