I am a senior at the Cornell SC Johnson college of business in the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management, double concentrating in Finance and Accounting. I am interested in pursuing a career in investment banking, with a focus on assisting clients in market making. Over the years, I have the following key transferable skills: Communication Skills: From my experiences as a group leader of my high school’s political action committee, I have developed a sophisticated set of interpersonal skills. As a group leader I was tasked with coordinating large professional presentations lobbying for different causes to Senators and House representatives. Team Building: As the team leader on a NASA research program, I had to work with a team of students in collecting large amounts of data into deliverables for other NASA researchers. Computer Skills: I am proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. I can consistently create professional documents that clearly define business goals. Additionally, I can use Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and present it in a clear and impactful way. Analytical Skills: From my experiences as a fellow on the Tikvah fund thinktank for more than a year, I have learned to think creatively and analytically. From questions about Macro-Economic trends in the U.S economy to small business decisions, I have developed the skills to analyze all factors of a question and deliver actionable results. I am passionate to expanding my business knowledge and devoted to learning from my peers. I am committed to working with my team to add value and learn from each other.
