- Coordinate international freight shipments and facilitate crossing of products according to compliance regulations, including NAFTA.- Primary information technology support including computer data backups, user accounts, hardware/software installation/maintenance, telephone system, and cell phone network.- Provide customer service and support to all international customers and provide translation support for all English/Spanish communications.- Translate product packaging information for Latin America shipments.- Obtain product regulations/requirements from Mexican government and translate for company management.- Coordinate payment of invoices in accordance with company goals and objectives.
