I'm a big believer in technology to make the world a better place by making people thrive in all areas of life, so working with digitization today is in line with my values.Since 2021, I've had a degree in Electronic Engineering from Mackenzie and I'm studying for a postgraduate degree (MBA) in Business Management at IBMEC, ending in March 2025.In my professional life, I have been working on three pillars at Siemens Software since June 2021: commercial development of new business, commercial strategy of the business unit and I also work on the implementation fronts of digitalization projects in a very extensive portfolio, all focused on the process industry.For commercial development, I work on all fronts, from lead generation, prospecting and the complete sales cycle to the negotiation and closing stages with clients and partners. I also support the commercial strategies for my current business unit. I feel that this is the area I most want to develop at the moment.I had the excellent opportunity to participate in the Siemens Indústria Talent Development Program and there I worked as a market intelligence and marketing intern between 2020 and 2021.I worked with the strategy of the business units, both product and commercial. It was also extraordinary growth and something I'm very proud to have been a part of.I did an internship in the commercial area of the Renault Group in 2019, an experience that provided me with a vast knowledge of B2C strategies, working both in the commercial area and in the product marketing area with the brand's main cars.During my undergraduate studies, I participated in the Mackenzie Junior Engineering Company, where I was able to collaborate as an associate and later as a director on projects. This experience has given me a lot of soft and hard skills to this day. It was very important to have contact with different people and to expand my awareness in various professional senses.In the gap between my undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, I took a specialization course in Industry 4.0 at the Vanzolini Foundation.I'm very good at organizing myself and communicating effectively to achieve successful results. I have a collaborative mindset, prioritize teamwork and value open dialogue to promote innovation and problem-solving.
