Social Media Analyst
Current- Conduct in-depth analysis of all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to track KPIs, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.- Create content strategies for various social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube.- Maintain internal dashboard to give insight for stackholders- Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and give the recommendations for the team.- Generate and present weekly report to users and offering actionable insights and recommendations.- Collaborated with content creators to develop data-driven strategies, ensuring content relevance and resonance with the target audience- research the latest social media trends- Monitoring and conduct in-depth analysis of sentiment in all media (mass media or social media)
