Regimental Command Sergeant Major for the United States Army Chemical Corps with the primary duty as principle advisor to the Commandant and Chief of Chemical on personnel issues for a combined force of more than 20,000 Soldiers in the Corps; works directly with the Department of the Army on assignments for all senior NCOs; provides guidance to the Proponent Office, Human Resources Command (HRC), Sergeants Major Branch, Command Selection Branch and the Sergeant Major of the Army; works directly with the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence NCO Academy for implementation of the One Army School System and changes to the Program of Iinstruction.

Command Sergeant Major for Cadet Command and FT Knox. Responsible for all ROTC and JROTC programs across the country. Cadet Command is the Army's largest commissioning source. Our focus is leadership excellence for the nation.

Serves as Command Sergeant Major for US Army Cadet Command and Fort Knox. Advises General Officers, Staff and multiple tenant organizations on all enlisted matters. Liaisons with the surrounding community leaders on installation activities. Coach and mentors Non Commissioned Officers on Fort Knox and at Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) Programs located at over 980 universities in all 50 states and 4 US Territories. Oversees and advises 1709 Junior ROTC Programs with over 319,000 Cadets. Uses experience and insights to build quality teams of trustthat serve the community and the Army. Creates efficiencies and streamlines process and systems to assist staff members in their daily duties.

Managed a multi-location installation with multi-mission tenant activities including the Senior Leadership of the Department of Defense. Executed command intent of goals, plans, policies and objectives with 24 directors and 80 partner organizations. Analyzed, planned, developed, researched, advised and monitored implementation of programs and provided guidance to assist with productivity, quality management, and organization improvements for a working population of over 2.5K with a Plan Replacement Value in excess of $1B while providing various support services to a population of over 12K. Assisted in the execution of an annual operational budget of $100M while providing Common Output Level of Services across 301 functions to over 120K customers. Assisted in the management, formulation, coordination and execution of operational emergency and disaster plans/policies in the coordination and development of critical standing operational procedures and current operation plans to ensure success of crisis action planning events for the garrison. Oversaw the Organizational Inspection Program (OIP), taskings and VIP ceremonial events in support of the installation operations center and training management protocols. Maintained a working knowledge and understanding of information technology and capabilities currently in use with a 50% improvement in customer satisfaction and networking reliability. Serves as the principal advisor to the Battalion Commander on all matters affecting enlisted personnel and their Families in a Basic Combat Training Battalion of 97 cadre who train approximately 4,000 Initial Entry Training (IET) Soldiers annually; responsible for sponsorship, assignment and integration of Soldiers; controls daily operations, guard duty, and ceremonies directly through the 1SGs; master trainer responsible for the NCODP, career guidance, cadre training certification, counseling, evaluations, schools, Warrior Tasks and Battle Drills (WT&BDs) and Reserve evaluations.
