The company business is autonomous defect detection and quality assurance based on computer vision. As a member of the R&D team I development of the navigation system from a robot, with the focus on a visual slam algorithm for future products.

Worked with data analytics and programming to interlink Data Science and production in partnership with big companies, enabling industry 4.0 solutions and digitalization across Europe. Data science projects involved Machine Vision and Machine Learning, often even making the deployment and interface through web applications. Also, work and research involving AutoML were done.Activities:- Development of machine vision algorithms with python for quality control- Data mining of manufacturing processes - Data science analysis of manufacturing processes for predictive quality and performance optimization, through classic machine learning models and AutoML libraries- Development of frontend applications on react.js for assisted visual inspection and other use cases- Deployment, serving, and implementation of MLOps on machine learning models as microservices

Government funded program that aims to provide outstanding technical and managerial experience for twelve students from different engineering areas, through technological projects and academic research. Within it, students perform technical activities under the guidance of a PhD teacher, with emphasis on teamwork and self-development. All projects developed by the group seek to apply concepts learned in class, generating innovative solutions for its partners.Main activities:- Performed engineering projects in the fields of mechanical project and programming, also developed the bussines summary of a local IoT community;- Organization of the selection process for the group, courses and events;- Active participation in the groups annual strategic planning, setting goals and plans to achieve them;- Reformulation of the onboarding program- Implementation of the self-developing program

Leader of an engineering top performance students’ group which offers engineering consulting projects in UFSC laboratories and local companies under the guidance of a PhD teacher:- Development and implementation of a new strategic system based on "Where to play and how to win in business"; - Improvement from 35% to 77% OKRs' accomplishment; - Responsible for aligning and engaging 12 student members to accomplish the organization goals.

Main activities:- Management of the seven group's current projects, through performance evaluation and control of deadlines;- Evaluation and validation of the completed work to ensure client satisfaction and quality results;- Prospectating new clients for the group and creating a project partnership with Embraco;- Train new members to use the group´s project methodology;- Adapting the group's methodology to an agile version.
