We managed the promotional operations for European companies such as Canon, British Telecom, Samsung, Nikon, Lexmark, TomTom, etc.Initially committed to the position of Promotion Coordinator, I was responsible, in Ireland, of the implementation and monitoring operations for the French market. I had to coordinate our IT, accounting and data entry services so that the promotion goes well for the advertiser as to end consumers. I have been given the management of the "Nikon 90th anniversary" cashback offer of which more than 70,000 consumers have benefited in 27 countries.On the recommendation of Terrie Burke, European Director in Ireland, I was then offered by our CEO Mr. Dan Granger the position of Sales Director responsible for Francophone markets (France -Belgium-Switzerland). From scratch, I had to create marketing materials for France (brochure, website, benchmarking) and call companies. Excellent opportunities have emerged with groups such as Canon France, Microsoft, Go Sport etc. Unfortunately the economic crisis in the U.S. was fatal to CPG that couldn’t survive the cessation of payments of its key U.S. customers. The company filed for bankruptcy.I thank the leaders of Continental Promotion Group for allowing me to gain as much experience and high responsibilities. I am sure that within a French company I could not get an opportunity like this so quickly in my career.
