ABOUT ME:💪 Superpowers: Throughout my professional career, I have utilized my experience as a standout athlete and lifelong learner to change cultures through my skills as an unparalleled servant-leader. I turn adversity into opportunity, challenges into triumphs, and treat each day uniquely, regardless of the wins and losses of the prior day. Risk and uncertainty serve only as a motivator to reach new heights and set standards of excellence. My competitive nature as a teammate drives me to elevate everyone around me by seeking to remove barriers, empowering diverse teammates, and ensuring each member is in a position to succeed. Whether it be outbursts of enthusiasm or a laser focus on the task at hand, I align my attitudes and efforts with Amazon’s motto “Work Hard. Have Fun. Make History.” Whenever possible, I will seek out resources to make informed decisions, but ultimately trust my teammates to execute if not enough information is available. My attitude and effort will never be in question and I value authenticity as well as transparency to form effective working relationships. No matter the challenge, we will find a way to deliver results as a tight-knit unit.😊 Outside of Work: Out of the office, I long to spend time with those I love. I enjoy cooking, playing games, spectating sports, and taking the time to journal. Staying healthy and sharp is a priority of mine as I strength train, go on walks, and participate in outdoor activities like fishing or hiking. Depending on the season, I usually have ongoing projects or recently discovered passions that occupy my time. Ever since I moved to the Pacific Northwest, my social circle is small, but I faithfully volunteer with my church, participate in small group Bible study and gatherings of fellowship.
