Current- Left to finish undergraduate studies in August 2023, will return in January 2024.
- Perform laser-induced damage tests on SBO crystals and other materials using a 257-nm picosecond regime pulse laser to investigate Kerr lensing phenomena in these materials. Used Python and Arduino in tandem with one.
- Investigate usage of 257-nm picosecond regime pulse laser in laser cleaning various crystals. Included measuring depth of ablation and carefully controlling areas scanned.
- Return two filament-based 3D printers to being operational, then utilizing SolidWorks and Ultimaker Cura to design and print custom objects from multiple materials, including ABS and PEEK. Also included investigating.
