Hello, my name is Gabriel Becker!A little about me:Work experience with international projects in technical support, IT infrastructure and IT services.- Work experience providing technical support to customers from countries such as the United states, Canada, Germany, Austria, India and Mexico.- Work experience troubleshooting technical issues related to Windows, various applications, VPN, and web browsers.- Work experience as an Infrastructure Analyst, responsible for maintaining virtual machines, servers, applying images, formatting PCs, and managing inventory.- Vast experience and know-how of speaking with customers from many countries following a culture-based approach to resolve problems utilizing english, german, portuguese and spanish.- Higher education degree in Technology Management.- Solid knowledge of Incident mangament: assigning and resolving incidents reported by users, prioritizing critical issues and escalating when necessary to ensure a swift resolution and minimize disruptions.- Currently working on a project focused on the planning of fiber optic infrastructure for cities in Germany.I am adaptable, easy to work with and curious.
