• Act on the Legal area evaluating documents and oral proofs, hearing´s fulfillment on Labor, Civil and Consumer litigation, drafting petitions, defenses and other judicial requests;• Promote the defense of enterprise and consumer customers in all legal aspects, gathering the necessary documents, instructing witnesses e enterprise´s representative;• Draft lawsuits in order to reach the best solution for customer needs; • Elaborate legal opinion, monitor lawsuits and prepare judicial and extrajudicial notifications;• Perform and promote friendly agreements;• Coordinate outsourced lawyers in relation of monitoring the lawsuits, focusing on the civil and consumer litigation;• Development of theses and documents writing to support customer defense, enabling the termination of the lawsuit;• Prepare and coordinate negotiations, procedures, preventive measures and contracts regarding acquisitions, services and products supply;• Sustained oral arguments on court and on non-court agency such as PROCON (Customer Defense Agency) and CONAR (Advertising Agency);
