With over 10 years of experience as a Designer, my passion lies in developing innovative, accessible, and inclusive digital products. I have a degree in Social Communication, a technologist degree in Systems Analysis and Development, and an MBA in UX Design & Strategy from FIAP, strengthening my theoretical and practical foundation in design.Currently, I work as Design Lead at Prodesp and the Secretariat of Management and Digital Government of the State of São Paulo, with the mission of driving the digital transformation of the state of São Paulo. I am responsible for planning and executing design processes, qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, data analysis, and prototyping.Additionally, I contribute to accessibility initiatives in various projects, aiming to make public services more accessible and inclusive.My career also includes experiences in software development, data visualization, and graphic design. My background is complemented by certifications in agile methodologies, front-end and back-end development, providing a holistic and strategic perspective on Product Design.I believe that collaborative processes, effective communication, and strong relationships are essential to achieving exceptional results.My passion for accessible and inclusive product design drives me to challenge myself to make digital products available to everyone.
