-Lead a team of 6 associates in the Lawn & Garden department.-Oversaw departmental operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and price changes.-Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular counts, and minimizing overstock and out-of-stock situations.-Maintain a clean and organized department to improve the customer experience.
