My name is Gabriel Bondarenko, and I am a physiotherapist with over 14 years of professional experience. My career in physiotherapy began after completing my education at the Medical School in Slupsk, where I started as a physiotherapy technician. In 2011, I obtained a bachelor's degree from EUH-E in Elbląg, and in 2022, I defended my master's thesis dedicated to the principles of the McKenzie method.In my work with patients, I mainly focus on treating individuals suffering from spinal pain. I utilize the McKenzie method, in which I have specialized since 2019 when I earned my certified therapist diploma.For patients with orthopedic and neurological issues, I apply the skills and experience I have gained over many years of practice, along with the PNF method, which I consider an excellent tool for restoring functionality.Thanks to my knowledge and continuous improvement of my skills, I can provide comprehensive care to my patients, helping them regain full physical fitness.
