- June 2005 – January 2007: Acted in the import department. Received and verified documentation from abroad for presentation to the custom. Effected the operational process, as the control of routing orders and sails leads, contacted foreign agents and registering then in the system. Also requested and informed quotations for suppliers and clients, as well as tariffs negotiations.- May 2004 – June 2005: Acted in the transshipment and information export department. Controlled all export cargos after shipment, since then left Rio Grande or Santos* ports till the arrival in the final destination. Responsible for send documentation to local destination agents, as well as solve problems occurred during transshipment.
