After Some time away due to relocation I was given my position back at my old employment: Im the Scheduling supervisor for a well known Home improvement Company based out of Marietta, Georgia. I handle inbound and outbound calls pertaining to scheduling as well as any customer services that require my attention as well as take payments from time to time for completed jobs, handle escalated calls and situations, assist Production Manager when needed, Assist Account managers that are out on the field with Navigation client resolutions

I worked in A call center environment as a Travel Agent receiving incoming calls for vacations to the Disneyland Resort as well as surrounding areas. I was in charge of setting packages to the Guests specifications and delivering expert customer service in the process. Each package Involved Flights, hotel, dining, car rentals and a range of other options, I was thoroughly trained in each area in order to meet Guests needs and concerns and provide the best package possible in order to make our guests life easier for their dream vacation
