• Help record more than 100 volunteer administration in the area• Make sure all volunteers complete the volunteer registration form and enter their personal information into the system• Summarize more than 4 regional activity schedule and forward it to the secretariat foundation• Prepare the reports on volunteer activity that are sent to the volunteer director every month, and • Perform systems maintenance and updates as needed

• Make a record of more than 60 transaction activities• Reconcile over 60 transactions every month• Review unpaid bills from certain volunteers

• Assist communication between volunteers• Supervise volunteer activities• Assist in recording volunteer administration
