Rebuilding the QA team and setting up its role in the current organisation. Developed a set of performance tests in Locust / Python for the new APIs. Linked the tests to the Java based framework in order to re-use them for as normal steps.Developed a data generation tool in Apex for our Salesforce implementation. This has turned our SF instance into one of the most tested platforms. Everyone generates a new set of data and tests the integration with the rest of the platform without knowing it.

Implement the automated tests for the desktop website using Java, Selenium Webdriver, Cucumber and Maven as the build tool.Implemented a data driven solution on top of the behaviour driven one that allows the team to extend the tests over multiple sessions.Researched and implemented a solution that enables the team to have branch specific test suites.Improved the default mailing and reporting of the automation suite based on the provided requirements, in return more people seem to read the emails and come with requests.Created a proof of concept aimed to increase the transparency and involvement of the team towards automation using strawpoll.Successfully motivated and coached a colleague to start learning automation.
