Experience And Integration Product Owner
CurrentProduct Owner on two fronts of the Apps Club, a mobile entertainment application offered in more than 40 countries partnered with more than 65 companies, consisting of mobile phone operators and game developers. Our focus is on the expansion and lifecycle of the product. Some of my tasks in this role are:• Define the vision, means and reason for decision-making;• Backlog Management applying the Agile Methodology;• Analysis and study on ways to monetize or improve the product for the end user;• Work together with UX/UI, Marketing, Sales and Data Analytics teams to create product features;• Experience with SQL language for collecting information through AWS Athena;• Conducting Scrum ceremonies such as Daily, Planning and Refinements;• Simultaneous activities with teams from Brazil, LATAM and RoW.In the Experience team, I define together with the developers how a user interacts with our product.In the Integration team we work mainly with backend development, adapting our APIs and infrastructure as necessary.
