• Strategic Lead, oversee and manage Consumer Electronic Field Force team at national level (4 Samsung Area Trade Managers and 3rd party’s promoters and merchandisers)• Develop annual one-to-one and group training calendar, to ensure all sales personnel are highly knowledgeable on the unique selling points of Samsung products• Work close with Sales (set sell out targets, in store planograms, merchandising), Marketing (launching events, promo campaigns) and Procurement (acquisition of POP materials, outfits, travel agencies for training events) Departments • Serves as Samsung brand advocate and spokesperson during large scale events such as Consumer Electronic Show, channel specific events• Conduct routine meetings (ex. RM Day) with Area Trade Managers to build trust, brand advocacy, and align on mutual goals

• Implementing specific in-store activities and coordinating in-store teams for Bucharest and South area stores, interfacing with CE divisions including Sales, Product Marketing, SCM• Executing Category Management plans in designated area stores, working with each KAM and retail representatives - planogram, promotion, merchandising, communication (field liaison with Trade Marketing Specialist)• Researching, preparing and maintaining all training sessions plans by working closely with product marketing and trade marketing to identify and develop training / sales tools & techniques• Conducting technical product sales trainings / in-store demonstrations as well as sales techniques trainings with retailer's personnel, as well as outsourced promoters and merchandisers• Coordinating the organization of regional events: FSM or field force training events, participation in local fairs, retailers events (liaison with BTL Agency, Trade Marketing Specialist)

• Preparing, presenting and evaluating product trainings, train the trainers and soft skills courses held throughout the country for both internal and external customers• Delivering structured, insightful, benefit-led training to key retail partners within classroom environment's, in-store – in Bucharest and South area, across road shows, events etc• Working closely with other team members covering national and key independent customer accounts• Running regional / national training initiatives as defined by Training Team Manager• Supporting national account event shows and major training events, in addition to consumer facing shows

• Coordinating promoters, market surveying, POP administration and theirs distribution, monitoring of Panasonic products throughout retail chains for Bucharest and East area• Implementing Panasonic's marketing strategies at store level, negotiating product placement throughout a store and determining the stores demand level• Organizing and conducting regional or local product training sessions for major customers both internal and external• Actively participating in Panasonic launching products events
