Responsible for developing sales leads and contacts for the Permian Basin as well as manage bids, and tenders for new and existing clients:• Serve as the key point of contact for clients to provide both pre and post sales information• Developing and presenting KPI metrics to current and perspective clients based on historic and regional motor run performance.• Reviewing run reports with Directional Staff to facilitate and answer any questions on performance,failures, or billing and negotiate final bill of sales.

Responsible for developing well path designs and managing drilling operations including:• Assisting Sales Team with drilling performance data based on rig location, tool configuration, formation, and drilling parameters (GPM, Weight On Bit, Rotary Speed)• Consulting with Drilling Engineers on well path design with respect to historical and regional drilling performance, torque and drag, anti-collision, and Texas Railroad Commission policy• Managing data from multiple field locations and communicating daily with Drilling Engineers, Directional Drillers, and MWDs, creating streamlined standardized reports to evaluate performance and well bore status.• Perform motor failure analysis evaluating drilling parameters, well bore conditions, tool history, configuration, and inspection reports• Proposal work with respect to well design requirements and available services

Program Requirements Development (PRD) Project - Served as Project Controller for Air ForcePRD team managing the progress and development of environmental liability and compliance requirements for 22 Air Force installations roles included:• Consulting base Restoration Program Manager (RPM) and Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC) Project Manager (PM) with regulatory requirements needed to comply with federal and state environmental liability programs (RCRA/ CERCLA)• Coordinated organization logistics with clients• Developed automated software in Visual Basic that analyzed site phase data to generatereports resulting in saving over $400K in project resources• Developed engineering cost estimates for environmental remedial designSuite of Reports Project - Team lead in the development of an Enterprise Management System for Air Force Performance Based Contracts (PBC) my roles for this project included:• Developed Java Script program to determine KPI’s used in evaluating program health, conducted product demonstrations, and developed training materials• Verified contractor remedial action designs through the use of Geo-spatial Temporal Statistics (GTS) models used to predict plume mobilization of subterranean contamination.• Instructed methods of tracking inventory and waste in the EESOH-MIS system to shop personnel.EPA SEFA (Spreadsheets for Environmental Footprint Analysis) – Software Evaluation• Evaluated 3 environmental remedial designs for slag containment with respect to carbonand greenhouse gas emissions from construction and site management.• Provided detailed report on findings including recommendations on improving toolaccuracy and functionality.
