Growing up playing team sports taught me early on the importance of collaboration in achieving goals. My education and experience as a co-op student fortified this and serve to constantly remind me of the amazing things that a dedicated group of people can accomplish when they set their sights on a common objective. As an Engineering Trainee at SNF Holding Co., every day gives me an opportunity to not only be part of a team but lead one as well. My first rotation has placed me in the role of Production Supervisor where I coordinate a team of highly qualified and experienced operators, serve as the point of contact between the plant I supervise and the greater operation at our site, and ensure that my plant continues to meet quality and production expectations.I hope to continue to utilize the skills I have cultivated through my coursework in unit operations, process design, and my environmental engineering emphasis area to add value to any group or project that I am attached to. I firmly believe in aspiring to improve each day and extend that mentality to every aspect of my life and work.
