• Manage structural audit and analysis of over 1000 MTNN/IHS telecom tower/mast.• Enhancing the structural integrity of telecom infrastructure through analyzing and redesigning by creating great value for such infrastructure.• Manage tower analysis and strengthening of over 1000 telecom towers• Performing, supervising and managing field services/mapping inspection of telecom towers.• Manage over 3000 sites at civil hold point (CHP) and tower hold point(THP) in ensuring it meets with client specifications• Managing of critical sites related issues• Proper documentation of audited report and other sites report• Coordinating site activities in ensuring task meets the required specification and done the clients way.• Preparing bill of materials (BOM) for different site retrofitting activities.• Attending of progress reporting meetings which includes reporting work plan and progress report to management and clients• Planning, organizing and coordinating all maintenance activities carried out on sites• Attending series of meeting with client in chatting way forward for different project activities.• Liaising with other sub-contractors in achieving best quality job.
