• Led acquisition of two sugarcane mills worth US$80 million by the largest Mexican sugar producer in a government auction of nine mills; supervised a team of two executing the valuation; counseled the Chairman & CEO on identifying the best targets and determining the bid price• Conducted potential sale of a US$850 million infrastructure construction firm; coordinated valuation of its business units, including several toll roads, and development of selling memo; presented the deal to potential acquirer• Advised a multinational beverage company on a cross-border acquisition worth US$120 million; managed a team of two developing the financial analysis, and presented valuation to the client• Collaborated in the sale of a US$370 million manufacturer to a European multinational; built valuation analysis to support the negotiations, including an assessment of the cash/stock payment mix

• Executed US$700 million acquisition as buy-side advisor to a multinational beverage company; prepared valuation for client’s M&A steering committee; coordinated financial and tax due diligence processes; supported negotiations and collaborated on defining the deal’s closing structure• Provided sell-side advisory to a US$45 million apparel firm on its potential buyout by a private equity firm; developed valuation, coordinated due diligence and supported term sheet negotiations• Advised an infrastructure development firm in the bidding process for a US$53 million oil & gas project sponsored by PEMEX; developed the project finance model, as well as estimated the bid and expected return• Advised a real estate portfolio’s key shareholder on the separation process from his partners; completed the DCF valuation of two shopping malls worth US$520 million total

• Raised US$10 million private equity from Abraaj Group for clinical research organization IFaB; executed the valuation, ran competitive process with PE firms, and assisted due diligence as well as final contracts negotiations

• Advised the developers of a US$190 million real estate & infrastructure transport project known as CETRAM Chapultepec; projected cash flows for the mixed use property (retail, office & hotel) and calculated the returns; supported negotiations to extend the government concession, making the project viable
