In December 2023, I was promoted to the security specialist role, where I monitor the store premises, respond to incidents, and collaborate with law enforcement and other partners. I also have de-escalation skills that help me prevent and resolve conflicts in a calm and respectful manner. I am passionate about protecting people and property, and I enjoy working with a diverse and supportive team.
