Navigated a start-up, GPShopper, a mobile technology company through product/platform development, scaling a cross functional team and infrastructure alongside business growth. Developed a suite of products including localized search engine, PushNotifications, content management and integration framework that provided a platform for brands and retailers to rapidly launch mobile applications.This resulted in acquisition by Synchrony in 2017. Following acquisition integrated team and platform into bank standards. As products being public cloud hosted this drove the development of new standards and polices at Synchrony. Built a productive, trusting and empowered engineering team using techniques such as weekly one on ones, blameless incident reviews, code-reviews and CI/CD.
