I am Gabriel Frasson, an executive at Mitsidi, where I assumed the role of CEO in 2024 after proudly serving as COO and CFO for the past seven years.My career has been shaped by substantial experience in multicultural environments, especially in companies focused on climate change, energy efficiency, sustainability, and high-performance operations. My specialization in Business Planning and Management was a key asset as I led Mitsidi's expansion, including the establishment of our headquarters in Edmonton, Canada. Together, as a team, we achieved significant growth in both structure and revenue. Additionally, I am responsible for structuring the company's management processes, actively contributing to the restructuring of technical and financial tools, strategically incorporating ESG concepts.Highlighted aspects of my professional background include:- Responsibility and management of costs, risks, opportunities, and non-conformities.- Commitment to team development and follow-up.- Leadership in the company's certification process as a B Corp.- Creation of the company's Quality Manual, covering procedures, policies, and best practices for various sectors, with the aim of standardizing and continually improving Mitsidi's performance. I hold a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from PUC-Campinas, attended the Master's program at École D'Architecture de Grenoble, France, and achieved BlackBelt certification in Lean Six Sigma from SETEC.In past roles, I led teams in securing certifications for sustainable and environmentally efficient buildings, including pioneering Gold and Platinum certifications in Brazil (LEED EB-O & M). Additionally, I conducted courses on these certifications at GBC-Brazil for three years. My experiences living in diverse countries have been instrumental in shaping my broad and global perspective.
