Promoted to a senior staff position on a team of 20 at national headquarters to execute program components and work with a handful of other Senior Trainers to provide constructive feedback models and professional development opportunities for Program Directors, Trainers, Program Coordinators, Posse Mentors, and volunteers.Facilitate, advertise, and host multi-day retreats with 100+ participants at highly selective institutions to encourage campus-wide conversations on pervasive, scholar-selected topics of contemporary societal import. Travel interstate to collaborate with faculty and staff at the organization’s longest standing college and university partners to create and execute retention strategies to ensure that 390 Posse Scholars persist in their academic studies, graduate, and take on leadership positions in the workforce.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

Established office operations and initial marketing strategy, built foundational relationships with administrators at three partner institutions for a national nonprofit corporate franchise. Aggressively solicited nominations of outstanding student leaders by building personal and professional rapport with college counselors and principals at 49 Dade County Public High Schools.Curated a successful team dynamic between five staff people to execute program components that included dynamic interviewing, college application and selection, pre-collegiate training programming and workshop facilitation, on-campus support, and internship placement of 95 scholarship recipients chosen from an annual pool of 1000-1200 student leaders.
