-supervising sales team on all technical related topics-supervising implementation of all lubricating tech related programs on clients sites-covering Lubrication Engineer duty for Romania and Israel

- support the business sales goals - present training courses to new sales staff and customers on lubrication fundamentals, basic product knowledge, applications and basic technical programs - act as technical resource for the distributor sales team (Romania and Israel)- implement and evaluate technical programs for customers- building relationship with customer's technical people - identify and quantify profit improvement opportunities with existing customers or prospects- documenting all customer benefits and obtain appropriate recognition from customer management.- accountable for the implementation of all technical support programs - documenting results of technical projects to quantify savings and/or cost avoidance - providing technical support for the implementation of new products

- monitoring and maintaining drilling fluids as per technical specifications. -- monitoring and maintaining solids level to a specified minimum value (using solids control equipment: -shale shakers, mud cleaner, high speed centrifuges, transfer pumps, dewatering units –flocculation unit-).- operating, monitoring and maintaining solids control equipment - helping mud engineer in preparing drilling mud as per project specifications- preparing and updating stocks inventory at the rig and ordering in advance any needed chemicals. - performing daily mud analysis. - preparing daily mud report. - maintaining a good collaboration with drilling crew and supervisors. -preparing the documentation for waste uploading, transport and disposal and supervising the upload of fluid or cuttings for transport. Office activities: - monitoring and preparing all documentation needed in the waste management process.- monitoring waste management subcontractors activities and correct documentation received from their part. - preparing all documentation and reporting for National Environmental Agency.- checking mud reports received from the field. - monitoring and updating stocks of chemicals from the rigs and from local warehouse. - preparing chemicals/materials/ any needed equipment orders (logistics). - preparing eligibility documentation and all afferent papers needed (together with designer and lawyer) for auctions

- technical assistance to all units ( units from Romania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Poland, Turkey, Netherlands, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kurdistan, Ethiopia); - supervising the works on field ( rig ups, rig downs, transport of the units) -in country & abroad- - supervising Technical Department for Romania- performing maintenance of all sensors, Pcs and other equipment; - repairing and maintaining Pc networks, updating specialized used software; - ordering spare parts for the units, keeping the relation with the suppliers; -refurbishing and calibrating sensors; - auditing teams on field; - performing safety & security training / induction on site; - performing training classes for employees; - evaluating the performances of employees;

- rigging up/down ( assembling and disassembling the units and sensors); - installing, repairing and mainaining of any used software ( windows, linux);- monitoring drilling parameters; - supervising the activity of the mudloggers; - realizing the daily reports and informing the client about the drilling results (registering the gas parameters, time & depth parameters, drilling parameters); - assessing the performance of mudloggers,- performing Safety & Security briefing and all other HSEQ procedures on site.

- taking cuttings samples resulting from the drilling process;- making geological description of the samples;- monitoring rig sensors and drilling parameters;- realizing drilling and geological reports;- maintaining sensors and geological laboratory unit;- assisting the Data Engineer

-topographic surveying -construction in-site measurements-digitization of collected data and preparing electronic plans (AUTOCAD)-preparing all needed paperwork .
