Over the course of my career I have acquired data centres in diverse locations from Mexico and India to Australia and South Africa. I remain the only data centre advisor to have also completed acquisitions in China.My particular specialism is advising on the structuring and negotiation of fully fitted colocation transactions and having completed over 200 transactions, I have developed a unique level of experience in this field and detailed knowledge of data centre markets, providers and the ability to secure the best commercial terms for my clients.I also have significant experience in the acquisition of raw buildings and land for new build data centre development and the associated key site searching, due diligence and short-listing processes involved.My clients have included some of the world's largest investment banks and corporate occupiers as well as telecommunications and technology companies.My focus is not on pure brokerage but developing an understanding of my client's business needs and priorities, providing comprehensive advice based on my long standing experience in the sector and becoming a trusted advisor.
