Gabriel Hensley, born in 1980, grew up on the lakes of a small waterfront community in central Florida. As a young man, Gabriel decided that his life’s ambition would be to share, enjoy, and honor life. After high school, Gabriel attended the Virginia Military Institute (VMI, 1998-2002). While at VMI, he earned his Private Pilots license, was named captain of the football team, and gradated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Gabriel then commissioned in the Army as a Combat Engineer (2002-2006) and later joined the Air Force as a Combat Rescue Officer (2007 - 2019). Gabriel’s primary role in the Air Force was operational oversight of worldwide personal recovery operations. During his military career, Gabriel has been deployed overseas multiple times and traveled to all regions of the world for training. Gabriel’s military career has provided him with a breadth of technical expertise to include but not limited to: construction, explosives, trauma medicine, free-fall parachuting, diving, driving, tactical maneuver, finance, contracting, project management, and survival. Over the years Gabriel has developed an appreciation for natural and cultural resources and become aware of their vulnerability to technological change and an ever-expanding urban development. In order to reverse the negative trend, Gabriel has created a business that will preserve these resources by accentuating the authentic historical and natural qualities of local communities in order to give visitors an enjoyable, enduring experience that fosters a responsible connection with the future. Through a modern sustainable living experience, Gabriel hopes to inspire the masses to celebrate life by sharing tomorrow, enjoying today, and honoring yesterday.
