• Carrying out Company`s goal through positive and effective communication with customers as well as efficient operation of the store • Provide to the Store Manager with the information required to keep the shop in top running order, from ordering inventory and processing sale to generating cash reports and responding to customers concerns and complains• Responsible of Tempe and handling commercial visits • Following up on the process of solving customers complains • Monthly calendar with topics for Japanese meeting• Conducting On-board checklist for the first days of joining and mentoring new joiners for the entire probation period• Ensuring all employees are aware and using sale techniques (Cross-selling, Up-selling, offering alternative)
