Hello, my name is Gabriel Jaramillo. I am a very driven, competitive and adaptable person. I recently graduated with my Bachelor's degree in Finance from Florida Southern College. I grew up in central Florida, in my youth I channeled my competitiveness into sports and as I got older it spread into my academics and the workplace. I began working as soon as I turned 16. I have worked in the retail and food service industries; through them I have gained considerable experience in customer service and conflict resolution. During my time in these industries, I learned I am good at working with two things: numbers and people. This discovery pushed me into studying in the field of business, where I decided to specialize and major in finance. I continued to channel my competitive attitude into my academics as a finance major at Florida Southern College. I graduated in May 2024 from FSC with my Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, and I am open to employment opportunities. My coursework has familiarized me with financial reporting, budgeting, marketing strategies and data analysis. I have developed proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word, and other business software during the course of my academic career. I am now looking to fully channel that same energy and dedication into a workplace environment. I expect my personality and the skills I have gained throughout my academic career to propel me forward in the professional world.
