I am the manager for both the Parts department, and Service department for Washington Tractor. My team provides hospitality at the parts and service counters, we research and advise best courses of action for customers with complex mechanical problems. I regularly resource and coordinate with other companies to purchase inventory on the companies behalf. This includes working with accounts receivable, payable, and ordering software. I also build and post the department’s employee schedule. Marketing and merchandise layout is also my responsibility in the store. I also research new items that should be carried based on consumer feedback.
