In my role, I lead the Innovation Cell, where I define and implement data delivery prioritization to enhance client satisfaction. This involves engaging stakeholders, aligning data tiers, and collaborating with IT for effective implementation. I also co-led projects related to output and baseline analysis, overseeing a detailed study on the decline of ESG analysts' output, culminating in strategic recommendations endorsed by the Companies Council.Additionally, I play a crucial role in revamping reporting processes by co-leading the overhaul of our internal reports to improve accuracy and functionality. My support with other leads includes continued project collaboration and providing critical support for lead consultants, such as developing presentations, streamlining communication, and performing analytical tasks.In managing analyst KPIs, I ensure that all analyst output KPIs are within the baseline relative to peers, focusing on maintaining high-quality standards across multiple assessment categories.My leadership responsibilities include promoting leadership alignment and RepRisk culture by facilitating alignment sessions and cultural discussions to enhance team synergy and embed the company's values. I also handle comprehensive team leadership tasks, such as onboarding, training, setting PKRs/KPIs, conducting 1:1s, approving leaves, engaging in innovation, and focusing on team capacity and professional growth. Additionally, I implemented a bottom-up performance evaluation approach to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.

I am currently facilitating project implementation of initiatives across sustainability, social, environmental and governance research and analysis to minimise credit risk and spearhead a more responsible and greener investment portfolio for the Bank. I have, through my work, eliminated social and environmental credit loss and litigation risk in a portfolio of 7000+ corporate clients.I translate global regulations into effective strategic roadmaps and operational processes and procedures to meet or exceed compliance requirements. I drive Greenhouse Gases (GHG) emission improvements and have successfully instigated change to reduce energy consumption by 15% and CO2 emissions by 20%. In addition, I am accountable for the creation and coordination of the Annual Sustainability Report to GRI guidelines and attend Brazilian Banking Federation (FEBRABAN), UN Global Impact, UNEP-FI and National Pact for the Eradication of Slave Labour working groups to develop interbank relations, share knowledge, and lead social and environmental transformation throughout the Brazilian banking industry.

I was recruited to research and analyse companies wishing to establish financial relations with the Bank. The main part of my role was to govern social and environmental risk analysis, and evaluate potential clients’ legal responsibility, policies, labour-related issues and compliance status to define a risk level aimed at minimising Bank exposure.I was charged with developing and integrating ISO 9000 and 14000 environmental, social and corporate governance policies and processes, as well as maintaining legal compliance and Equator Principle Financial Institution (EPFI) status through effective risk management frameworks. My work played an important part in the Bank being awarded Most Sustainable Bank in the World in 2011 from the FTC / IFC.I acted as the external focal point for all social and environmental indicators and was part of the team that led the initiation and development of a consolidated country-wide social and environmental (S&E) policy and regulation, which resulted in the Brazilian Central Bank issuing Resolution 4.327 S&E legislation.

During my time at Canal Azul, I was appointed to a Petrobras-funded programme with accountability for promoting sustainability projects and raising awareness of environmental impact through digital media that would potentially drive industry change. I worked proactively with NGOs who were researching and creating environmental documentaries, new reports and stories to gather and prepare the information for circulation through an online portal.When I started, the website had 50 daily hits and audience engagement was non-existent. I redesigned the website, integrated social media outlets, and developed more compelling information, relevant storylines and fresh content. I increased audience reach, achieved 3000+ daily hits, and improved environmental, social and governable visibility.
