I am an experienced safety professional with a passion for data analysis and reporting. I've always had a propensity toward compliance and regulations, but my true passions are data analysis and relationships. I believe that there is always a story behind the data and the challenge is to understand the story the data is trying to tell. I'm a firm believer that you can't improve what you can't measure. Once we understand the story, then the people take over. It's the people that set the goals, create the plans and see the vision.
