BRASA is the biggest networking organization for Brazilians studying abroad. Their mission is to empower the next generation of Brazilian leaders, providing them with professional and personal development opportunities.

- Oversaw the Human Resources, Marketing, Design, and Technology teams- Developed campaign strategies for in-person and online conferences- Implemented long-term visions of the board of directors and different stakeholders

- Led the recruitment process- Organized the pipeline development program of the association- Planned, evaluated, and implemented organization policies- Oversaw conference plans

- Developed the team's strategic planning;- Organized the budget and allocated resources to the graduate community;- Led the onboarding processes;- Planned, organized, and led a session at the BRASA Summit where students were expected to present their research works to a non-specialized audience. This conference is the biggest conference for Brazilian students in North America;

- Expanded the graduate student network in North America;- Gave support to the BRASA Associations for grad students in different locations;- Conducted interviews to better understand the network;- Advertised the activities in different social platforms.

- Guided students towards personal and academic development while mentoring them to be admitted to top-ranked universities (in Brazil and worldwide).- Participated in the selection process by analyzing applications, interviewing candidates, and providing feedback for non-selected students. Managed the communication between the program and students.- Contacted prospective mentors to integrate the team.
