My first construction job at National Environmental Safety Co (NESCO) was at PS 101 in Forest Hills,Queens. This major renovation project involved a comprehensive overhaul that encompassed severalkey aspects. The primary focus was on improving the overall functionality and efficiency of the building.The project's scope contained a comprehensive approach to modernizing the building's systems, improving energy efficiency, enhancing aesthetics, and ensuring long-term durability.From 1997-2012, while working at National Environmental Safety, I performed and managed all theconstruction aspects, including demolition, new construction, and the safe removal of asbestos-containing materials. My roles with NESCO also allowed me to develop capabilities such as interiorrenovations and exterior façade renovations.Today, as a Construction Project Manager with over 25 years of industry experience, I have successfullymanaged and delivered a wide range of projects, from residential and commercial buildings toinfrastructure facilities. My core competencies include value engineering, new construction (ground up),renovation, CPM scheduling, constructability, and the umbrella skill of construction qualitymanagement.For the past few years, I was the Construction Project Manager at March Construction, a leadingconstruction firm specializing in design-build, general contracting, and construction managementservices in NJ and NYC. I oversaw all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting toexecution and completion.I hold a NYC Building Department Superintendent License and a Site Safety Manager SST-62identification card. Additionally, I possess the USACE certification for Construction Quality Managementfor Contractors, which empowers me to ensure adherence to the highest standards of safety, quality,and performance.Regarding computer skills, I am well-versed in the latest industry computer programs: PROCORE forconstruction quality management, as well as the two major leading scheduling programs, Primavera P6and Microsoft Project.
