I am a current undergraduate student at the University of Virginia, pursuing a major in Economics with an international concentration. Additionally, I am pursuing minors in Spanish and Public Policy & Leadership. I am originally from the Washington D.C. area but grew up in a multicultural household between Brazil and the United States. I lived in Beijing, China for three years, where my passion for international affairs grew exponentially. There, I was exposed to an international environment that increased my interest in different countries and cultures. I am a language enthusiast, speaking three fluently (English, Portuguese, Spanish) while learning two others (Chinese, German). I have always had the dream of using my multicultural background and interests to work towards making a positive impact in the field of international affairs. More specifically, I am focused on the fields of international development and geopolitics.
