I have 10 years of high level restaurant functions, including team leadership and training, customer satisfaction, and office works. In every job I have worked I started as an hourly employee and the through hard work and dependability quickly rose to higher positions.My years in high volume restaurants have taught me to handle work stress and work load with easy grace. Prioritizing is a key aspect to the job, and effectively managing time and resources is a primary skill I possess. Being in the middle of management and staff I am expected to asses a situation and make the appropriate decision.Also included in my job is a degree of handling the business aspects of the store. during business hours I am expected to handle inventory management and keep track of our stores stock status. Also I am expected to meet business projections and control throughput of the restaurant. After business hours I am responsible for filing after shift reports and end of the day paper work. This includes complete rundowns of inventory, sales reports, guest counts, and excel spreadsheets for AVP and cost analysis.I have attended college working towards a bachelors degree in computer science and networking. I have attended Chattanooga state community college for two and a half years and will continue to do so. Among my acquired skills at Chattanooga state, I have taken courses on computers coding, computer building and maintenance, networking, and microeconomics, as well as many general education
