The day-to-day operation and leadership of a commercial janitorial business that included multi-site contracts and office administration. I managed nineteen employees and evaluated their overall performance and made sure that tasks were being completed to client's and company standards. Our clients were retail, warehouse, local and State government, healthcare facilities, and event centers.
