Responsible for planning the technological strategies both in the short and long term for processes such as Talent Management ( Cloud ), E - Recruiting, Succession Planning and Performance, E -learning, Personnel administration, Compensation, Payroll, Time Management, Travel Management and Case Management system (Cloud).o Technology Knowledge: SAP, Cloud Travel Management, SuccessFactors, SumTotal, BMC Remedy, Blackboard.o Led global HR projects portfolio definition, reaching the required consensus by relevant stakeholders and execute the resulting implementation plan.o Led the HR Information Systems track on the HR processes re-engineering, changing the service delivery model from traditional operations to service delivery via Shared Service Centers.

o Accountable for the definition and execution of SAP maintenance for Tenaris.o Responsible for providing support to SAP modules according to the SLA define, improving significantly the level of incidents.o Led the implementation of systems, running testing, controlling the execution of contracted providers and providing user training.o Participated in the post- implementation activities ensuring appropriate communication channels and availability of training materials, monitoring the adoption and operation of the new systems.

o Responsible for the coordination of the Shared Service Center, accounting for the control and follow up of stock & movements warehouse activities, material delivery and invoicing reporting controls for all Tenaris’ commercial offices. o Nominated Key User of administration and stocks processes in Tenaris’ global SAP implementation project.
