Designed, built and documented test systems for PCBs used in down hole drilling tools. The test systems were designed to test critical functionalities of the boards and to quickly diagnose malfunctions within the board. The test systems were automated and needed minimum human intervention with the exception of the loading and unloading of the boards at the beginning and at the end of each test.

Managed sustaining and new technology projects using standard processes set by the Project Management Institute in combination with internal processes. My responsibilities as a project manager included writing project charters, developing a schedule and a budget for each project, preparing project status reports and presenting them to our stakeholders.

Responsible for designing analog and digital circuit boards for downhole and surface applications. In general I would take a concept design and convert it into a downhole tool or surface system. Designing PCBs included picking the right components to support specifications, integrate the components into a schematic design with the corresponding board layout and finally bench testing the boards before integrating them in a new downhole tool or surface system.
