Your future CHO - Chief Happiness Officer. Why am I qualified? Nearly a decade as an international mountain guide, leading expeditions in the Alps, Himalayas, and around the world. Prior to that, 4 years in mental health.Nine years living in a Tibetan Buddhist Hermitage. I gained a deep understanding of mindfulness, resilience, and self-awareness. These experiences taught me about human potential, inner strength, and the value of connection. In April, a life-changing injury led me to transition into a new chapter. One where I now share insights from my experience with leaders and teams through transformational programs that combine mindfulness, resilience, and social awareness. Drawing from frameworks like Theory U and Happiness in Organizations, my goal is to help companies build cultures of "empathy, purpose, and sustainability.”I believe mindfulness and presence can cultivate a broader awareness and interconnectedness that extends beyond individual well-being. My goal is to inspire organizations to adopt these values, enhancing not only their internal culture but also their role and impact on society and the environment.
