I remember a question that kept echoing in my mind: "What happened?" My initial reaction was to blame the customers who didn't pay, my team for not working harder, my partners, the government, the crisis. However, none of this changed my reality: "My company is closed, and I don't have money to support my family."One thing was clear to me: "I will start a new company." I analyzed my skills to identify which one had the most significant impact on my company's growth, and to my surprise, it was SALES.That's how Rocketbox began operations, a company specialized in growing sales. I quickly gained clients because who doesn't like the idea of having a sales expert company "for free," charging only based on results? Within a year, I encountered two surprises:1. A company that sold salt, which we helped increase sales by 30%, went bankrupt.2. A furniture factory for which we ran two campaigns: commercial (hotels and restaurants) and exclusive design (for homes), went bankrupt.Why surprises? We charged based on results, and I made sure to sell in cash to have money to support my family. If we're increasing sales and selling in cash, why do they go bankrupt? It was at that moment I understood: while nothing moves in a company until something is sold, to keep moving, you need a system.

In addition, the new trees capture CO2 from the atmosphere, which automatically improves the quality of life of the inhabitants of the area.In the communities where we work, workshops and courses are given in different areas such as basic finances, environmental education courses, as well as social cohesion dynamics.This project has achieved empowerment and greater integration of the community members, who now work together to improve their economic, social and environmental situation.The community receives financial support for each tree planted, meaning that restoring the area becomes an income.Tree species that bring other benefits are also identified. One example is the pinus cembroide. This tree produces a fruit that is highly valued in the market, where a kilogram of pine nuts can reach up to $45 dollars; thus ensuring that future production generates an economic income for the community.This Campaign joins the efforts of organized civil society contributing to the objectives of the 2030 Agenda.
