• The Sustaining NH90 program that I work on requires the creation of the repair disposition and of the numeric validation of post-production maintenance on the following structures: Vertical Fin, Horizontal Stabilizer.
• Formulating clear and concise repair disposition documents for the production line/final assembly line of the NH90 in Papendrecht or for the in service helicopters.
• Calculation of structure parts, with focus on static and fatigue and damage tolerance for metal and composite structures.
• Application of efficient stress methodologies to support structural optimization, validation of product and demonstration of compliance to customer requirements for static, fatigue and damage tolerance
• Coordination of repair procedures with production line and MRB-E department from Fokker in Papendrecht, Nederlands.As of July 2022 I have been assigned the role of Team lead for the NH90 program within The FER.
• Coach, mentor and supervise team members from technical / functional perspective.
