- Coordination of raw materials sourcing from suppliers, generated based on customer orders and the stock level;- Following and negotiating delivery of raw materials to be made in due time.- Defining strategies to reduce inventory and dead stock.- Monitoring key performance indicators: stock turnover, dead stock costs, special transport costs.- Reception nonconformities resolving at raw materials- Weekly reports of providers with delivery difficulties- Cooperation with the purchasing department in order to negotiate quantities of raw materials for an entire project

- Management of product stocks subordinated to the central warehouse and regional warehouses - Management of MRP-SAP responsible.- Monitoring key performance indicators (stock turnover, service level, safety stock, dead stocks and slow stocks).- Target pursuing without adversely affecting the performance indicators- Maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices, turnovers, bonuses.- Analysis of market, of competitors, of key customers’ business; analysis based recommendations and tools presentations meant to increase sales/profitability- Organizing trainings and portfolio product promotion through various marketing campaigns, offers, discounts, stock liquidations.
