Lead product development & design for roofs systems, sunshades & charger door system. Management and follow up of ECR. Perform design reviews for all programs for improvements, quality issues and to eliminate reworks.Define product validation ensuring that fulfill customer requirements (FMVSS, Customer, SAE, ECE). Review & approving prototypes, models, drawings, design specs, materials, and technical information.Engineering analysis (stack up, GD&T, acoustics, vibrations, FEA, CFD, CAE, DAF, DFMEA/FMEA, dimensional, durability testing).Lead internal meetings with quality, manufacturing, production and purchasing for product improvement, design reviews, cost reduction (VaVe, RFQ), quality issues, manufacturing and problem solving. Collaboration with customers.Lead internal meetings with quality, manufacturing, production for product improvement.Ensure launching documentation (APQP, PPAP, Design and Drawing release),Support factory from Engineering side to ensure product quality.Support for Global project management Products NA / EU /CN

Lead design engineering and validation for lighting products (design main functions & signal functions).Responsible to guarantee that the product fulfills the government requirements (FMVSS 108) & customer specifications.Ensure the correct product specifications of the design such as calculations, simulations, tolerance analysis, cost analysis, material selection, 3D models, etc.• Creation and implementation of engineering changes (ECR) for lighting products.• Generate the new design standards and developing and updating the DFMA.• Define the necessary technical information for the manufacturing of samples and ensure the on-time delivery for design validation testing.• Collaborate with quality, manufacturing and design to solve problems.- Test plan validation-DFMEA

Determinate testing scope for headlamps and rear lamps according legal requirements (FMVSS 108 / SAE / ECE / GB-CCC) and customer requirements. - Photometry testing using Photometer, Goniometer and Colorimeter for LED and bulb light sources, reflex reflector and color evaluations.- Environmental testing (vibration, temperature cycle, corrosion, high humidity)Involved in the development, design and support of new projects, homologation and self-certificate. Define test instructions for different products. Schedule testing & timing according validation plan.
